Zug Estates: Change in the Board of Directors

Annelies Häcki Buhofer, who has been a member of the Board of Directors for many years, is leaving the Board. Like her, her designated successor comes from the family, which is also the company's main shareholder.

At the general meeting of shareholders of Zug Estates on April 10, Annelies Häcki Buhofer will not be standing for re-election after more than 25 years on the board of directors of the company and its predecessor company MZ-Immobilien AG due to the statutory age limit. "She has shaped the company for decades with great foresight, a very early commitment to comprehensive sustainability and a clear entrepreneurial eye for economic stability and long-term success," says Zug Estates in recognition of her work. The Board of Directors is now proposing Julia Häcki for election. She has been responsible for ESG at Immofonds Asset Management since 2023 and holds a degree in urban and regional planning from TU Berlin and an MAS in Real Estate (CUREM) from the University of Zurich. "As a family shareholder and a native of Zug, she has been closely associated with the company for many years," writes Zug Estates.

Together with Elisabeth Buhofer and Annelies Häcki Buhofer, Julia Häcki belongs to a group of Zug Estates shareholders that holds 48% of the votes. (aw)
