After twelve years as CEO of Wincasa, Oliver Hofmann is leaving the company. He has decided to "take on a new challenge outside the company" from August onwards, Wincasa announced. His successor has already been appointed: Philipp Schoch, who has worked for the company for 17 years and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2015, is to take over as CEO in July.

Under Hofmann's aegis, assets under management have doubled and Wincasa has been successfully integrated into the Implenia Group, the company said in a statement. "Following the successful implementation of the 2025 strategy period, now is a good time for a change," says Hofmann. (aw)
