Wincasa: Oliver Hofmann leaves the company
The long-standing CEO is leaving the Implenia subsidiary to join Vebego. His successor comes from within the company.

After twelve years as CEO of Wincasa, Oliver Hofmann is leaving the company. He has decided to "take on a new challenge outside the company" from August onwards, the real estate service provider announced. His successor has already been appointed: Philipp Schoch, who has worked for the company for 17 years and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2015, is to take over as CEO in July.
Under Hofmann's aegis, assets under management have doubled and Wincasa has been successfully integrated into the Implenia Group, the company said in a statement. "Following the successful implementation of the 2025 strategy period, now is a good time for a change," says Hofmann. His new employer has already been decided: facility management service provider Vebego has announced that Hofmann will take over as CEO of Vebego Switzerland from August. In a press release, the company praises his "great transformation expertise", among other things, which makes him an "ideal appointment". (aw)
