Digital real estate management for owners

The networking of individual stakeholders around the property is an important step toward digital real estate management. This applies not only to property management companies, but also to owners.

As the digital transformation in the real estate industry advances, so does the need of many stakeholders to be operationally closer to the property while being able to analyze more data.

Huperty, the Zurich-based startup in the field of property technology (PropTech), has therefore developed a real estate software which, with the help of its modular and flexible structure, covers numerous aspects related to the management of real estate and serves the existing needs.

Asset managers in particular are often only involved to a limited extent in digital solutions for real estate, although networking with property management companies is essential. Issues such as process quality, reporting, data storage, tenant communication and a professional ICS play an important role here. For these reasons, the owner cockpit was developed.

One ticketing system for the entire real estate portfolio
In task and order management, ownership is linked to the administrations. The ticketing system promotes both efficiency and transparency in daily work. In the managed automated processes, the parties are further involved in the respective process steps. Classic cases are owner reports or permit management. The damage reporting process can be taken as an example. The tenant reports damage in a standardized manner via the Huperty app, which appears directly as a ticket in the cockpit of the administration. The latter can then forward the report to the service providers stored in the system and, depending on the cost ceiling, call in the owner for approval, who in turn can call up the ticket in the owner cockpit. All authorized parties within the process are always informed about the development of the individual case thanks to status updates. All documents are stored centrally and can be further enriched.

Daily updated data
In addition to this specific networking, asset managers benefit from daily updated data on their entire portfolio. This enables them to optimize their choice of partners and service providers on a data-driven basis and to make better investment decisions.

The Huperty reporting module represents an extended functionality in relation to the need to receive reports from real estate management companies on the one hand, and to be able to generate them independently on the other.

Huperty's real estate software can be connected to all common ERP systems via state-of-the-art interfaces, which prevents duplicate entries. In addition, other third-party systems such as external document management systems (DMS) can also be connected.

This novel solution approach creates a massive increase in efficiency in cooperation for owners and property managers and heralds a new digital age of property management.
