Mettler2Invest wants to build in Spreitenbach
Mettler2Invest AG is planning a development with residential space, a cinema and stores on the Sandäcker site in Spreitenbach. As local media report, the building application for the project has now been submitted.
A small neighborhood is to be built on the site by summer 2018 according to plans by Holzer Kobler Architekturen. In several buildings, including a high-rise, 200 rental apartments are planned. In addition, there will be a cinema with ten screens, restaurants and stores.
Mettler2Invest's project is not the only one for Spreitenbach. Migros is planning a DIY store and around 450 rental apartments in two high-rise buildings, but the development is still blocked by an objection from the Swiss Transport Club (VCS). (ah)
