Implenia: dispute over Letzigrund wages goes into the next round

However, the construction company is reducing the claim by around CHF 3 million to around CHF 20 million.

At the beginning of October, the court ruled in favor of the City of Zurich in the legal dispute over additional costs for the construction of the Letzigrund Stadium. The city only has to pay the construction company CHF 340,000 instead of the CHF 23 million demanded. The dispute revolves around 1,392 change requests made by the City of Zurich during the construction of Letzigrund Stadium. According to earlier information from Implenia, these order changes amounted to a total of CHF 23 million.
Implenia writes in a press release that it remains convinced that the City of Zurich will have to pay for the changes to the project that were commissioned and carried out. (ah)
