Zurich: Fur paradise Wyssbrod at the Bahnhofstrasse gives up

The fur paradise Wyssbrod at Bahnhofstrasse 3 in Zurich will close at the end of April 2016. The new rental conditions are no longer sustainable for the company after the total reconstruction of the building, Dieter Wyssbrod AG announces.

He added that the focus would be on the "Slupinski Furs" site in St. Moritz, which was newly acquired in 2014.

The fur paradise Wyssbrod had been present at Bahnhofstrasse 3 since 1988; the store covers 145 sqm of sales area. What is to happen to the premises was not yet known at the time of publication.

Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse is currently undergoing a transformation, more and more traditional stores are giving up  It was only in mid-November that it became known that Franz Carl Weber would be leaving Bahnhofstrasse in mid-2016 and moving to the main station. (ah)
