Realstone acquires site in Horgen from CS
Realstone, with its two funds Realstone Swiss Property and Realstone Development, has purchased a 62,000 sqm site in Horgen Oberdorf from Credit Suisse AG. A new quarter is now to be built in the vicinity of Lake Zurich.
Credit Suisse AG had the Zurich office of Spühler Partner draw up a design plan for the area above the Horgen Oberdorf train station, which Realstone is now implementing. The plan is for a mixed use of housing, small businesses, and large service companies. The permit for this has been available since the end of 2013. (ah)
