SBB receives award for St. Andrew's Tower and Europaallee
SBB receives awards for the two Zurich development projects Andreasturm and Baufeld D in Europaallee and for Pont-Rouge in Geneva. Andreasturm and Europaallee receive the DGNB Platinum award, while the Pont-Rouge project in Geneva receives the DGNB Gold award.

SBB has projects with an investment volume of more than five million CHF evaluated by the Swiss Society for Sustainable Real Estate (SGNI) in cooperation with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
The DGNB system does not evaluate individual measures, but the overall performance of a building according to ecological, economic, sociocultural and functional criteria. Depending on the degree of fulfillment, the building receives a certificate or, in the project phase, a preliminary certificate in platinum, gold or silver.
The SGNI develops tools to optimize and certify real estate in terms of sustainability during planning, construction and operation. SBB has been a member of SGNI since 2012, making it the first building owner in Switzerland to join the association. (ah)
