Procimmo Fund: Capital increase significantly oversubscribed

Procimmo SA has successfully raised approximately CHF 60 million on the capital market for the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II. As with the first capital increase, the issue was significantly oversubscribed, the company says.

The funds raised correspond to 546,033 new fund units. The subscription period ran from June 20 to 30, 2016. The capital transaction was completed with the allocation and payment of the fund units on July 7, 2016. Two existing fund units entitled to subscribe to one new fund unit. As of July 7, 2016, a total of 1,638,100 units of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II are now outstanding with qualified investors.

The company intends to use the additional financial resources to acquire further commercial and industrial properties in German-speaking Switzerland in the coming months; a property in Landquart (GR) with a market value of around 45 million was already purchased on July 1, 2016.

The fund's strategy, which has been successfully implemented to date, will be continued. Accordingly, investments will continue to be made in commercial real estate with high yield potential outside the city centers, but in economically active regions, it says.

As of March 31, 2016, the Fund owned 16 properties and land in the following locations properties in the following locations: Dietikon (ZH), Kirchberg (BE), Wallbach (AG), Spreitenbach (AG), Root (LU), Oberentfelden (AG), Biel (BE), Murten (FR), Münsingen (BE), Villmergen (AG), Würenlingen (AG), Nebikon (LU), Kriens-Obernau (LU), Niederbuchsiten (SO), Pratteln (BL) and Würenlos (AG).
