New Director at Deloitte for Real Estate Advisory
As of June 1, 2016, the international consulting firm Deloitte has been able to recruit David Schoch as the director responsible for the Real Estate Advisory German-speaking Switzerland division.

With the appointment of David Schoch, Deloitte's Swiss Real Estate Practice, led by Karl Frank Meinzer, is taking on further contours. David Schoch has been responsible for real estate services in German-speaking Switzerland since the beginning of June. Previously, the trained real estate economist worked for more than nine years at CBRE Switzerland as a director in the Advisory & Transaction Services division.
Deloitte Real Estate's offering includes strategic and executive consulting activities for real estate users and investors in the areas of portfolio optimization, tenant representation, real estate management and due diligence as well as services in the context of M&A and restructuring processes. In addition, the fast-growing team has specialists in all aspects of innovative workplace concepts and the implementation of new lease accounting standards (IFRS 16). (mr)
