Successful re-opening for UBS AST-KIS
The real estate investment group UBS AST Commercial Real Estate Switzerland (KIS) held another re-opening in June, which was again very successful with an underwriting result of CHF 360 million.
"Against the backdrop of a promising acquisition pipeline, the planned issue volume of around CHF 75 million was fully called," UBS Real Estate writes in its publication "Immoflash." This corresponds to an allotment ratio of 21 percent. The proceeds of the issue will be used to repay debt financing and for the acquisition of real estate.
In the first half of the 2015/2016 financial year, the investment group reported an investment return of 2.5 percent as of March 31, 2016. The portfolio volume of UBS AST-KIS currently amounts to around CHF 580 million. (mr)
