Swiss Life Asset Managers: Martin Signer leaves
Martin Signer, Head of Swiss Real Estate at insurance group Swiss Life, is leaving the company at his own request and will only act in an advisory capacity until the end of the year. The move follows a massive expansion of Swiss Life's real estate portfolio over the past 24 months.
"Martin Signer, Head Real Estate Switzerland at Swiss Life Asset Managers, has expressed his wish to focus more on strategic tasks in the future," the group wrote at the request of IMMOBILIEN BUSINESS. He will therefore "continue his professional career outside our organization," it adds. Until the end of 2016, he will work for Swiss Life as a consultant and also for "special tasks in a mandate relationship". These include serving on the board of Livit AG, the insurance group's wholly owned real estate management subsidiary. (mr)
