Markus Waeber moves from ZKB to SPS
Long-time equity research analyst Markus Waeber moved from Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) to Swiss Prime Site (SPS) in September 2016. There, he now holds the position of Head of Investor Relations.
Previously, Waeber was a senior analyst for indirect Swiss real estate investments in the Equity Research department of ZKB for more than ten years. He holds a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting & Controlling from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Markus Waeber, who is now 42 years old, joined ZKB in 2002 as a member of the management team in Key Account Management. Most recently, he served as Vice Director in Asset Management. For a good four weeks now, he has been responsible for investor relations and the communications department at the listed SPS, the largest Swiss real estate company with a current portfolio value of around CHF 10 billion.
