Zurich: Jelmoli becomes anchor tenant in "The Circle
The Circle at Zurich Airport has found another anchor tenant: Jelmoli - The House of Brands will locate in the commercial area of the large-scale project.
Flughafen Zürich AG has announced that Swiss Prime Site and its group company Jelmoli - The House of Brands have been secured as a further anchor tenant for the commercial area of The Circle. The premium department store will thus be present at a total of three locations at Zurich Airport from 2019.
Flughafen Zürich AG, Swiss Prime Site and Jelmoli plan to announce further information in the coming week.
In August, Zurich Airport had announced, to realize the second stage of the large-scale project faster than planned. Dufry had previously been secured as an anchor tenant for the "Brands & Dialogue" module. At the time, the project managers announced that they were in talks with "further exciting interested parties". In addition to Jelmoli and Dufry, the University Hospital Zurich, the Hyatt hotel chain, the Grieder fashion house, the Swatch Group and Caviar House & Prunier have already been confirmed as tenants.
