Laax: Peaks Place is open
On December 16, 2016, the Peaks Place was officially opened in Laax. The investor and general contractor of the project is HRS Real Estate AG.

Eight interconnected houses were built on the approximately 12,000-square-meter property within walking distance of the Laax valley station. The properties offer a total of 102 1.5- to 4.5-room apartments, an 850-square-meter spa area with fitness and wellness facilities, and a lobby. In addition, there is a smoker lounge, meeting rooms, The Peaks restaurant and the Peaks Bar.
Primary and secondary residences and managed apartments
Peaks Place offers 28 first or second homes and 74 managed apartments. Outside of the owners' own occupancy, the Weisse Arena Group takes over the rental of the managed apartments on behalf of HRS.
