The buyer of the real estate in Winterthur is the real estate fund Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II. BASF parted with the property for strategic reasons.

The main tenant of the real estate is Altas Copco MEYCO AG, a subsidiary of the Swedish Atlas Copco Group, which specialises in compressor technology, industrial technology, construction technology and mining technology. The company operates an assembly plant in Winterthur with a wide range of products, including concrete spraying equipment, concrete spraying arms and pumping and dosing equipment. These products are sold worldwide, primarily for underground construction projects.

"I am pleased that with Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II we have found a buyer who met our expectations and recognized the economic potential at this location at an early stage," says Ferenc Deme Project Manager of BASF.
