Valora sells property in Geneva
Valora sells the La Praille building in Geneva to Migros. The main tenant of the property is Naville Distribution, which Valora acquired in 2014.
Valora has announced that Société Coopérative Migros Genève is acquiring the La Praille building. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. The existing lease agreement with Naville Distribution will be transferred to the buyer.
Valora acquired Naville Distribution in November 2014. The company's 180 outlets were integrated into Valora's Retail division, while the logistics and distribution business was sold to the 7Days Group in 2016.
According to Valora, the sale of the property and further conversions have completed the integration of Naville.
