Neue Aargauer Bank (NAB) has disposed of eight bank properties in the canton of Aargau. JLL advised the bank, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, and placed the properties in a competitive sales process.

Various of these properties continue to be used by NAB and are leased back as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction. In addition to office space, customer areas and storage space, various properties also contain retail space and apartments. The total usable space amounts to around 16,500 sqm.

Details of the purchase price and the buyer of the properties were not disclosed.
