Activ-Group takes over Zuchwil industrial park
The German project developer Activ-Group is expanding into Switzerland. The group has acquired a commercial site in Zuchwil.

The Activ-Group has acquired the site from Scintilla AG via its newly founded Activ-Gewerbe-Park AG based in Zuchwil (SO). It is a 35,500 sqm commercial site with around 43,000 sqm of net floor space in nine buildings.
Scintilla AG will continue to occupy around 17,000 sqm as a tenant, while the remaining space - ranging from offices and conference rooms to production and warehousing facilities - will be relet. The Activ-Group is aiming for a tenant mix, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, industrial and logistics sectors.
Good transport connections
The site, renamed "Activ-Gewerbe-Park Solothurn", is located at Luterbachstrasse 10 in the industrial area of Zuchwil. It is located on Luzernstrasse, which is the connection to the city of Solothurn and the connection to the A5. A fast connection to Zurich is guaranteed by a direct slip road to the A5/A1.
The Activ-Group is the largest business unit of the Dünkel Holding group of companies, which has been based in Schemmerhofen (Baden-Württemberg) since 1933 and employs around 200 people. Under the umbrella of the Activ-Group are several subsidiaries, which are active in the field of real estate project development as well as in related areas, e.g. construction and operation of solar energy parks. The main focus of the group is on specialist and retail real estate as well as industrial estates. Another field of activity is special real estate such as hotels, adventure worlds and gastronomy as well as the refurbishment and revitalization of listed buildings.
