Raiffeisen Futura acquires in Northwest Switzerland
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has acquired a residential property in Zwingen (BL). The investment volume is CHF 8.5 million.
The real estate fund Raiffeisen Futura has purchased the property "Reckholderstrasse 44 - 48" in Zwingen (BL) with transfer of ownership as of May 2, 2017. The property consists of two three-story apartment buildings with 20 apartments and 24 parking spaces. It was built in 1992.
The property is located in a quiet residential area next to the Golf Club Laufental. Within walking distance are recreational areas such as the Birs, schools and kindergartens as well as a good infrastructure with shopping facilities and public transport.
In the medium term, the energy efficiency of the houses will be increased by replacing the windows and a non-fossil heating system.
