On behalf of the client Florissana AG, the general contractor Steiner AG is building a total of 140 Minergie-certified apartments in Chêne-Bougeries by September 2017. These will be used as rental apartments and are spread over seven buildings. A communal garage includes 147 parking spaces in the basement, and green zones are being created in the upper area.

The large-scale project, which was launched in February 2016, is located in the immediate vicinity of stores and schools and is very well connected to public transport.

The apartments comprise two to six rooms and are thus aimed at households of different sizes and age groups. Five of the seven buildings are located in the development zone for rental apartments, the other two are mixed-use buildings and non-profit apartments.
