Raiffeisen Futura buys in Basel

The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has acquired a commercial property in Basel. SPG Intercity Basel acted as intermediary.

The commercial property at Bäumleingasse 22 dates from 1929 and comprises eight commercial spaces with around 1,450 square meters of rental space. The corner building, which is attached on two sides, has a total of seven floors and is in a prime location in downtown Basel.

SPG Intercity Basel had been commissioned with the sale and was able to sell the property to Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds, represented by Verit Investment Management AG, as of May 1, 2017. According to SPG Intercity, it conducted a closed sales process and personally contacted selected investors.

SPG Intercity Basel is a branch office of SPG Intercity Zurich AG and thus a subsidiary of Intercity Group Holding. SPG Intercity is an alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield.
