Swiss Finance & Property buys development site in the Basel region

The site in the Basel region has an estimated value of CHF 54 million and is currently used for commercial purposes, according to Swiss Finance & Property Investment. The rent is CHF 2.7 million p.a.

The company is aiming for a rezoning for residential buildings in the next few years. This means that a large proportion of the planned funds from the current capital increase can be invested immediately.

A few days ago, the company announced that it was carrying out a capital increase of around CHF 60 million to further expand its real estate portfolio.
