Zurich: Prime Tower leasing
A large manufacturer of business software and hardware from the USA will move into an additional Swiss location in Zurich's Prime Tower. SPG Intercity acted as intermediary.

According to SPG Intercity, the large company headquartered in California's Silicon Valley does not wish to be named at this time. It already has locations in Switzerland and exclusively commissioned SPG Intercity Zurich AG to find a suitable location for additional office space as well as a customer visit center.
The Prime Tower in Zurich West best suited the needs of the client, who was looking for a prestigious location with modern infrastructure, said Leo Smeets, Head Corporate Solutions and Business Development at SPG Intercity Zurich.
The 126-meter high, striking office building was completed in 2011 and houses around 2,000 workstations. The new Customer Visit Center and office space for software developers are located on the 17th floor of the building, which has a total of 36 floors.
