Hotel project in Schönried (BE) in preparation
Viewschon AG is planning to build a new hotel with 26 rooms in Saanenland, as the "Berner Zeitung" writes.
The project, which is to consist of three buildings, is currently still open at the Saanen building administration. According to the plans of G. Hauswirth Architekten AG, a total of 26 hotel rooms with 56 guest beds are to be realized at Waldmattenstrasse 40 in Schönried.
Prior to this, three existing properties on the construction site must be demolished. The new building project near the Schönried - Horneggli chairlift is to comprise not only the hotel rooms but also nine residential units and a wellness area including an indoor swimming pool. Two adjacent new buildings are to provide space for a further 21 apartments.
Further information on the project will be published by the responsible Viewschon AG from mid-August, according to the "Berner Zeitung".
