Zurich region: Start of construction for Crystal residential project
Construction has begun on the Crystal residential park project in Uitikon-Waldegg near Zurich. There will be 77 condominiums.
According to the real estate service provider ADT Innova Immobilien und Verwaltungs AG (Gossau ZH), 56 of the total of 77 condominiums are currently sold. This corresponds to a marketing rate of just under 73 percent. A further ten residential units have already been reserved, and eleven condominiums are still available.
The Crystal project by HLP Architekten (Effretikon) is currently under construction at the corner of Birmensdorferstrasse and Zürcherstrasse in Uitikon-Waldegg, a community at the foot of the Uetliberg. A total of 77 apartments will be realized in five buildings (A to E). The apartment sizes (2.5 to 5.5 rooms) range from 84 to 210 square meters.
The first units are scheduled to be occupied from the fall of 2018, with project completion targeted for the spring of 2019. The neighborhood at the future Waldeggplatz will also have a major retailer and an underground parking garage of the municipality with a small infrastructure building.
