Some of the 108 new condominiums in the development are already ready for occupancy. The first floor of the cylindrical head-end building with eleven floors will in future contain a combination of loft apartments and commercial space. The floors above have been designed exclusively as residential space. All residential units are scheduled for completion by the beginning of October at the latest.

The striking 19th-century factory building behind the head building was also raised and now has up to six upper floors. The listed building ensemble of the Schlotterbeck site was converted and extended by the office of Giuliani Hönger Architekten. Features of the industrial architecture are preserved and the two ramps of the building complex, which wind up like a double helix, will in future be used for parking bicycles.

The core of the project in Zurich's Kreis 3 district, which was launched in 2015, is the Schlotterbeck car repair shop and garage, which opened in 1951. It was once designed by the Basel architects Hans Rudolf Suter and Peter Suter. The Schlotterbeck site is located between Letzigrund and Albisriederplatz near Heiligfeldpark and the Max Frisch "Letzigraben" swimming pool. The client of the almost completed project is Stahler Development AG (Wollerau).
