The purchase agreement for the residential and commercial property at Überlandstrasse 199 a-c in Dübendorf with simultaneous transfer of ownership was signed on August 3, 2017, Raiffeisen announced.
Dübendorf has a population of around 27,400, has an S-Bahn station and borders the city of Zurich to the east. The majority of the apartments in the acquired property were refurbished in 2015. The residential and commercial building, which was constructed in 1955, is located approximately 350 meters from the Dübendorf train station. The ground and basement floors house the showroom of a kitchen manufacturer, a cosmetics studio and storage facilities of a pharmaceutical company.
The three attached apartment buildings have three full floors and a total of 1,762 sqm of living space, 177 sqm of retail and office space, and 646 sqm of storage space. The property will be fully leased after the completion of the beauty salon in January 2018. According to Raiffeisen, there are long-term leases for the commercial space.
