Zug: Office LAB opens coworking location
On 21 November 2017, Office LAB will open a new coworking location in the old post office building in Zug. This is a two-year interim use of the property.
Where the population once processed payments and their postal transactions for years, a coworking space is being created on Zug's Postplatz, primarily for companies from the region and companies active in the fintech and blockchain cluster as well as international trade.
"In addition to the work, the focus is on the community, with active on-site management and planned events," explains Roger Krieg, Managing Director of Office LAB (Reso Group AG). Through the activities on various topics, a broad target group (companies, culture, project groups, etc.) and, in parallel, the population of Zug are addressed as users.
Office LAB's first coworking location was launched in March 2017 at Baslerpark in Zurich-Altstetten. While a Credit Suisse building is being used in the Limmat city, a Swiss Post property is now being used in Zug. The Reso Group plans to set up and open another coworking space soon in Horgen in a Mobimo building.
