Suurstoffi: Mobilezone becomes anchor tenant in the wooden tower block
Mobilezone will relocate its headquarters to the Suurstoffi site in Risch Rotkreuz next year. The telecommunications company will be the anchor tenant in the Suurstoffi 22 wooden high-rise.
Zug Estates says it has signed a ten-year contract with Mobilezone. The company will relocate its headquarters from Regensdorf (ZH) to Suurstoffi as of November 1, 2018. Around 100 employees will work at Suurstoffi 22, Switzerland's first wooden high-rise, in the future.
According to Markus Bernhard, CEO of the Mobilezone Group, the main reasons for the decision were the location in terms of transport and the good cost-benefit ratio, says Zug Estates.
With Arval (Schweiz) AG and OSR Enterprises GmbH, two more companies have announced their move to Suurstoffi in recent months.
