New owner for Linthpark in Uznach
Karl Vögele AG has sold the Linthpark shopping center in Uznach (SG) to the Euro Estates Group from Zurich.
According to one Report of the Südostschweiz Karl Vögele AG has parted with Linthpark and the Afex and Chemtec properties. According to the newspaper report, the new owner, Euro Estates Group, which specializes in the planning and development of shopping centers and commercial properties, intends to further develop the shopping center at its current location.
The existing leases are to be continued; Karl Vögele AG itself intends to keep its headquarters at the Uznach site and rent the space for administration, sales and logistics from the new owner.
The shopping center was opened 37 years ago and, according to the Südostschweiz by an interesting tenant mix and strong sales figures.
JLL acted as exclusive transaction and financial advisor to the seller, according to the company. According to the statement, the properties sold include the regional local shopping center, office space, a logistics wing and two other mixed-use commercial properties.
