"Urban Living" in Spreitenbach sold off
On behalf of Passivhausinvest AG, SPG Intercity Zurich has sold 39 of 44 condominium units in the "Urban Living" property in Spreitenbach to Akara Funds AG.
The transfer of ownership took place as of December 1, 2017 to Akara Funds AG. The "Urban Living" property in Limmattal consists of two apartment buildings. The development was completed in 2014 and has a Minergie-P certificate. The property for sale also included 38 car and four motorcycle parking spaces and nine outdoor parking spaces.
Akara Funds has acquired the units for its investment vehicle Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK.
The municipality of Spreitenbach is located in the canton of Aargau and is part of the Zurich agglomeration. In a national comparison, the vacancy rate in Spreitenbach is very low at 0.36 percent, writes SPG Intercity Zurich. Due to the lack of building zone reserves, displacement effects in the housing market are to be assumed.
