SFPI sells land
Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG (SFPI) sold a property in Zurich Manegg before Christmas.
SFPI has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Swiss Finance & Property Manegg AG sold the site with effect from December 20, 2017. The purchase price was CHF 6.62 million. The real estate company had acquired the property in Zurich Manegg in 2013. No details were provided about the buyer.
The listed company Swiss Finance & Property Investment is involved in the development and management of a portfolio of existing properties and the acquisition of properties. Investments are made in particular in commercial and residential properties that offer development potential, for example through repositioning or restructuring tenant relationships.
