QualiVision rents in Horgen
QualiVision AG is the new tenant of the TE Connectivity site on Tödistrasse in Horgen. Swiss Commercial Invest was mandated with the search for the new tenant.
The internationally active TE Connectivity group has moved out of its location on Tödistrasse in Horgen (ZH) and a new tenant was sought to take over the lease for the approximately 1,000 square meters of office, production and laboratory space. Swiss Commercial Invest (SCI) was commissioned with this search.
The new tenant of the space is QualiVision, a company that operates in the field of automatic quality assurance, industrial image processing, process optimization and automation. "In QualiVision AG, we have found a new tenant within a few weeks who, on the one hand, fits perfectly into the tenant structure of the property and, on the other hand, can derive the greatest possible benefit from the individually developed rental space," says Philipp Mandl, owner of SCI.
QualiVision is a company of the Baumer Group, an internationally active Swiss group of companies in the field of sensor technology.
