Winterthur: Varias opens coworking space
On 1 March 2018, the first location of "Coworking Spaces" opens in Winterthur. The operator is Varias Immobilien GmbH.
Varias Immobilien founded the "Varias Apartments" brand in 2014. These are furnished apartments in Winterthur, which, according to the company, are consistently more than 95 percent occupied.
Now the company wants to expand its business and establish itself in the market for coworking spaces. The premises are located at Zürcherstrasse 137 in Winthertur. In addition to the temporary workstations, there will be a separate meeting room, a break zone and a kiosk, among other things.
According to Varias Immobilien, they already have concrete ideas for further locations, but want to concentrate on the new opening first.
