Glattpark: Takeda becomes main tenant in "Portikon
The pharmaceutical group Takeda has extended its lease for 10,100 sqm of office space in the "Portikon" in Glattpark until 2024. The company has also expanded its space and is now the main tenant in the office building.

According to the owner of the "Portikon", Acron Swiss Premium Assets, the lease agreement with Takeda Pharmaceuticals International was extended on January 25, 2018. In the course of this, Takeda is expanding the leased space by 1,600 sqm and is now the main tenant of the office building with around 60 percent.
In addition to office workplaces, the Minergie-P standard building has a large lobby, an atrium, various conference and meeting rooms, and a restaurant for employees and visitors. The "Portikon" is located in Opfikon's Glattpark and lies between Zurich-Kloten Airport and the city of Zurich.
"The lease renewal with the renowned main tenant Takeda confirms both the quality and the location of the Portikon as a prime asset," says Peer Bender, CEO of Acron AG. Takeda is the largest pharmaceutical company in Japan and employs over 30,000 people in more than 70 countries.
