Swisscanto invests in Implenia project in Rolle
Implenia is developing and building a development with residential, commercial and office space in the municipality of Rolle in the canton of Vaud. The investor is Swisscanto Investment Foundation, and the investment volume amounts to CHF 80 million.
The new development is being built on Rue du Temple in the municipality of Rolle (VD) between Lausanne and Geneva. On a gross area of around 9,000 square meters, rental apartments, commercial and office space as well as a public parking garage with almost 300 parking spaces will be realized. According to Implenia, a retailer and a non-profit association have already been confirmed as tenants of the new property.
The development is centrally located - right by the old town and close to Lake Geneva. The building permit was issued in mid-February 2018, and construction work is scheduled to start in the summer. The development will comply with the Minergie standard and the sustainability requirements of the municipality of Rolle.
Implenia is realizing the 80-million project as the general contractor, and Swisscanto Investment Foundation has been won as an investor.
