Zurich: New gastro tenants for "The Circle
The major project "The Circle" at Zurich Airport continues to fill up. Flughafen Zürich AG has signed lease agreements with three restaurateurs for a total of more than 2,000 square meters of space.

New tenants of the restaurants in "The Circle" are Carlton Zurich, Two Spice and Essenszeit. Carlton Zürich is backed by the Zurich-based gastronomy couple Segmüller, which will implement a French concept called "Sablier" at the airport. On around 1,500 square meters (including terraces), a restaurant with various meeting zones is being created: In addition to a restaurant area with salon and privée, it will also include a large bar and a lounge.
The gastronomy group Two Spice is expanding with the sushi concept "Yooji's" in "The Circle". The brand will be present on more than 300 sqm on two floors. The tenant of the café on the main square with around 250 sqm is Essenszeit GmbH, which will set up "Leon Coffee & Grill" here.
"The Circle" will provide space for ten catering units and two restaurants in the Hyatt hotels, according to Zurich Airport Ltd. The first part of the tendering process has now been completed with the selection, and a further tendering process has just started. In mid-February, the airport had also announced three new tenants for a total of 9,000 square meters of office space: Microsoft, the coworking provider Spaces and the IT company Abraxas are renting.
