HIAG acquires logistics site in Brunegg
HIAG adds a logistics property to its portfolio. The real estate company takes over the Sulser Logistik AG site in Brunegg (AG).
According to HIAG, it is acquiring the 28,000 sqm site from Sulser Logistik AG in Brunegg (AG) as part of a sale-and-lease-back transaction. A long-term lease agreement has been signed with the logistics company.
A logistics center and a high-bay warehouse are located on the site. A development agreement already exists for a land reserve of around 5,500 sqm for the expansion of the logistics areas and the high-bay warehouse. The first stage of the development is to begin as early as 2018, HIAG announces. Following the acquisition, the real estate company is now represented with two sites at the Brunegg logistics location.
