Allreal plans residential project in Zufikon
Allreal wants to build a residential complex in Zufikon (AG). The building application has now been submitted.
Allreal wants to build two terrace houses with condominiums on an undeveloped plot of land on Am Alten Züriweg in Zufikon. The building application was submitted in mid-March 2018, according to the company. Construction work is scheduled to start in spring 2019 and last until fall 2020.
Plans call for 20 condominiums with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms in two buildings and a shared parking garage with 30 parking spaces. The layout of the apartments follows the slope and extends over six floors, says Allreal.
The company acquired the plot of land, which is located on a hillside between the Hammergut S-Bahn station and the Reuss River, in May 2017. Frei Architekten from Aarau prepared a development study. At the end of 2017, the preliminary project was completed and the building application was drawn up, which was then submitted to the municipality in mid-March.
