Zurich: Brandschenkestrasse 30 almost fully let
JLL has found two new tenants for the commercial property at Brandschenkestrasse 30 in downtown Zurich. This means that the property is almost fully leased.
According to a statement by JLL, five floors with a total of 1,700 sqm of office space could be leased in the completely refurbished property. The anchor tenant is from the financial sector, the other tenant is a recruiter, it says; no company names were mentioned. They plan to move into the space in early summer of this year.
The provider of a group fitness concept already moved in last year. This means that the property is almost fully let, with the exception of a partial area of 260 sqm on the first floor.
JLL is marketing the property at Brandschenkestrasse 30 on behalf of AXA Versicherungen. It comprises a total of around 2,200 sqm of office and commercial space and has undergone extensive interior and exterior refurbishment.
