Start of construction for Mettler residential project in Staad
In Staad (SG), ground was broken for the new construction project "Poststrasse" of Mettler Wohnwelten AG. By the summer of 2019, twelve new apartments will be built in condominium ownership with a parking garage and car shelters.
The building owner is Mettler Wohnwelten AG, and the residential project is being realized by Zima Projektentwicklungen. The design for the three-story building with its own parking garage and carports was created by göldipartnerarchitekten.
The total living space of around 1,110 sqm is divided into 2.5-, 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments, which are barrier-free and have sun terraces with views of Lake Constance. The sales volume is put at CHF 8.25 million.
