The Hive in Meyrin gets a Regus Center
Business center operator Regus will open a nearly 1,000 sqm center in the Hive 1 building on HIAG's The Hive site in Meyrin (GE).
Regus says it will take 973 sq. ft. on the second floor of Hive 1, which has a total of 9,000 sq. ft. on three floors. The location is scheduled to open in spring 2019.
Hiag's The Hive project is located just a few hundred meters from the Cern nuclear research center, and Geneva airport is 20 minutes away. Several companies have already settled on the campus and in the immediate vicinity, including Hewlett Packard. The buildings on the site are arranged around a central outdoor space, which is intended to serve as a place for meeting and movement.
Regus currently has 26 locations in Switzerland and says it plans to expand further. In the Geneva area, seven locations will be operated by spring 2019, Regus announced.
