SPG Intercity markets Richtipark
The marketing of the Richtipark office property in Wallisellen has started. The owners PSP Real Estate have commissioned SPG Intercity with this task.
Richtipark at Richtistrasse 3-11 in Wallisellen consists of five office properties within walking distance of the Glattzentrum, which have been partly renovated and partly newly built in recent years (Richtistrasse 9 and 11). The buildings each have around 6,000 to around 8,500 sqm of office space. In one of the buildings, the business center operator Regus occupies around 1,700 sqm.
SPG Intercity has now been commissioned to market the vacant space. According to the brokerage firm, the space on offer comprises individual areas of between 500 sqm and up to 3,900 sqm.
