UBS Swissreal invests in Yverdon-les-Bains
The real estate fund UBS Swissreal has acquired a property in the technology park of Yverdon-les-Bains (VD).
According to UBS Asset Management Real Estate in a newsletter, the new acquisition is a commercial property with around 6,800 sqm of office space and a good 2,900 sqm of commercial space. The property also has 97 outdoor parking spaces.
The property will be accessed via three entrances and the spaces via five interior stairwells, UBS said, which will allow for flexible layout and use of the spaces.
The investment volume is reportedly around CHF 40 million.
