The 32-year-old Patrik Schlageter is a federally certified real estate trustee and holds a professional certificate both as a real estate appraiser and as a real estate manager, HEV Zurich informs. He previously worked for CSL Immobilien in Zurich, since the beginning of 2016 as head of property management and member of the extended management team.

Schlageter takes over as head of the department at HEV Zurich from Sandra Heinemann, who will move to the association's legal department on September 1. Heinemann had come in as successor to Hans Barandun on January 1, 2016. In the period between Heinemann's departure and Schlageter's arrival, the department, which manages around 15,000 rental properties in the greater Zurich area with a staff of around 30, will be led on an interim basis by Albert Leiser, Director.

Founded in 1886, HEV's members include both private and institutional home and land owners in the agglomeration and the city of Zurich. With around 80 employees, the independent association offers services in administration, construction management, the sale and valuation of properties, and legal advice on property-related issues.
