Romanshorn: Foundation stone laid for residential project
In Romanshorn (TG), the foundation stone was laid for the "IM LEO" development. Apartments as well as commercial and office space are being built.
The client of "IM LEO" is the Raiffeisen Pension Fund, Priora is realizing the project by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten as general contractor.
The development, centrally located on Löwenstrasse in Romanshorn, consists of two apartment buildings with a total of 34 rental apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms) and an underground garage. Commercial and office space will be realized on the first floor.
The buildings are being constructed on a 1,610 sqm plot and will have a gross floor area of 4,352 sqm. The construction period is estimated at 20 months, and the houses are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in October 2019.
