Priora plans large residential development in Othmarsingen
On the Centravo site in Othmarsingen (AG), Priora AG, as project developer and total contractor, plans to build the "In den Matten" residential development.
The former Centravo site is 25,000 square meters in size and is centrally located in the Aargau municipality of Othmarsingen; it is to become a lively village center. Eleven buildings with around 170 residential units (2.5 to 4.5 rooms) are planned, which will be realized in stages. The buildings are designed as four-story structures and fit into a park-like setting. The apartments will be accessed via an underground garage.
Two service buildings are also planned along Lenzburgerstrasse. In addition to stores and commercial businesses, office space will also be created. "The municipality of Othmarsingen intends to locate the municipal administration in one of the new buildings," Priora quotes municipal mayor Hans Rätzer in a statement.
The building application is to be submitted at the end of June. The building permit is expected by the end of 2018, and occupation of the space can probably take place in the fall of 2020, Priora says.
