Fortimo Invest builds in Roggwil
Fortimo Invest AG recently broke ground on a residential development in Roggwill. The haselbach-roggwil.ch project involves the construction of seven apartment buildings with 77 condominiums, around 40 percent of which have been sold prior to the start of construction.
At June 19, 2018 The groundbreaking ceremony for the condominiums "hasel-bach-roggwil.ch", which Fortimo Invest AG is building on the outskirts of the municipality of Roggwil (TG), took place in the afternoon. North of the Hazel Creek and its riparian woodland and bordering an apple orchard to the south, seven apartment buildings with a total of 77 condominiums (2.5 to 5.5 rooms) are being built to the Minergie standard with basic digital smarthome fittings.
According to Fortimo Invest, 40 percent of the apartments were already sold before the start of construction. The first apartments should be ready for occupancy from spring 2020.
